We have long been focused on creating products that help minimize our impact on the environment. As of 2022, we are doubling down on our commitments to the planet with a Leaping Bunny Certification from Cruelty Free International, vegan* formulas and signature bottles in new 100% recycled plastic packaging.** We have a new modern look to highlight our commitments but the iconic formulas are the same you trust and love.

ALL BIOLAGE FORMULAS ARE OFFICIALLY CRUELTY-FREE   

Biolage Professional is now cruelty-free and has been awarded the Leaping Bunny stamp of approval. What does the Leaping Bunny mean? A global organization called Cruelty Free International requires brands to dive deep into every ingredient in their portfolios, including raw materials and individual ingredients, and confirm the absence of any form of animal testing in any way, shape or form. Only then can a brand display the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny logo, signifying a completely cruelty-free brand. We care about the world and the creatures we share it with and that’s why we don’t test on animals.

BIOLAGE SIGNATURE BOTTLES ARE NOW 100 PERCENT RECYCLED PLASTIC**

The goodness isn’t only inside the bottles; it’s now part of our package, too. Although the simple and chic shapes are the same--as are the high-performance, iconic formulas inside—Biolage Professional signature bottles are now made of 100 percent post-consumer recycled plastic. This significantly reduces the amount of virgin resin used in our packaging. In total, we save over 30 tons of virgin plastic every year. That means less waste in landfills and more reuse worldwide.
